New Zealand Director
Lincoln Rout
Born in the Wairarapa now resident in Christchurch, Lincoln studied law at Victoria University and latterly completed a graduate diploma at Laidlaw. Lincoln has served on Church Elder Boards for over 25 years and has also served on Education Boards in the Primary and Tertiary sectors.
He is an Executive Director with a successful track record in sales training in diverse business environments including an international charitable trust, transport and tourism industries and direct marketing. His company All Links helps businesses secure their preferred customers. Lincoln is an accredited training provider with NZTE and holds both Verifier and Assessor certificates.
Lincoln’s background in sales, marketing and training dovetails neatly with his passion to see the Church become more effective in their mission of sharing the gospel and in particular that compassionate evangelism that reaches the poor and needy with Christ’s love.
New Zealand Trainer
Robyn Hamilton
Robyn serves as a TLT trainer with International Teams. She teaches at a local school in Tauranga and is the mission director in her church. She co-founded the Envision Mission Conference and is the local BOP coordinator for Simply Mobilising. She teaches the Kairos course regularly. Robyn has been involved in numerous short term mission trips and sees value in structures and training.
Robyn’s view of missions includes every Christian. Not everyone will be involved in a STM trip but all believers have a part to play. The famous quote ‘God has a wonderful plan for your life’ should be changed to ‘God has a wonderful plan, and this is how your life can be fit into it.

Chris Lamb CA
Chris comes from a Chartered Accountancy background and used this in the 90’s to spend nine years with his family in an accounting role at Christian Leaders Training College up in the Highlands of Papua New Guinea; a life-changing experience for all.
These days Chris is part of an accountancy practice in Palmerston North but still has lots to do with accounting for Not for Profits, especially using Xero.
Chris is passionate about seeing iTeams NZ be a catalyst for motivating and equipping churches to bring the gospel in word and deed to the poor and oppressed and those thirsty for living water whether here in NZ or Overseas.

Kelly Moore
Kelly and her husband Andrew are based in Palmerston North with their two sons, and together are the directors of Simply Mobilizing New Zealand.
Having lived for two years in the Philippines based at the international office for Simply Mobilizing, Kelly has worked alongside many different churches and Christian ministries worldwide.
Kelly is passionate about seeing all God’s people living a life on mission with God and serving churches across NZ with their missional journey. She is excited by the work of International Teams New Zealand within NZ churches.

Dr Peter Dobbs
Following an early career as an officer in the New Zealand Army and then private education management, Peter completed a PhD in Theology from the University of Otago. His research focused on the impact of fatherlessness on faith formation and the interplay of theology in faith-based organisations.
Peter is based in Hamilton with his wife and five sons, and he is the CEO of Christian Camping New Zealand.
With a passion to see faith-based initiatives remain aligned with their core mission, Peter looks forward to contributing his perspective and insights to advance the cause of International Teams New Zealand.
